Some watercolours

Here are a few of my latest watercolours.  These are great because they are fast and easy.  I love working with ink and watercolour.  They give me a break from the heaviness of oil paint.  I usually start with pencil, then go over my lines with ink, and finish by dropping in the colour.  When travelling, I always bring my box of watercolours and pad.  They are lightweight and really easy to bring along anywhere.  I have however been stopped by airport security a few times.  I guess a little box of metal tubes does look a little suspicious.  Luckily they have never been taken away!!
